Ski Bike

The ski bike is becoming more and more popular on the slopes around the globe. This is probably because the ski bike is easier to learn than either skiing or snowbarding. Most people learn to ride a bike so these skills can be used to get a head start with a ski bike. It is more relaxing if you can sit down and much kinder on the knees than skiing.

Ski biking has been developing over many years and recent developments in ultra light weight materials has led to a wealth of new designs with differing ski and board configurations. Having a light weight frame allows the ski bike to be agile and less of a threat to other slope users. Added to that the ingenious design of the bike suspension makes it much easier for the skibiker to ride over all types of terrain.
